Absenteeism at Work | SQL & Power BI

In this project, I will be evaluating an HR dataset about absenteeism and health. I will use my skills to provide a data-driven approach to determine how to provide bonuses and incentives to healthy employees. I will also develop a database, create SQL queries to answer questions, and build a dashboard that meets a wireframe specification.

Utilize employee health and lifestyle data to implement a reward system that promotes a healthy lifestyle among employees. This involves two key objectives: first, identify employees who demonstrate healthy behaviors and low absenteeism to receive a $1,000 bonus under the healthy bonus program. Second, calculate an equitable distribution of a total insurance budget of $983,221 for wage increases or annual compensation specifically for non-smokers, aiming to incentivize non-smoking behaviors and overall wellness.
